What should we bring for boarding?
All dogs must wear a breakaway or quick-release collar and arrive on a leash. Bring food from home (pre-portioned in bags), any medications with clear instructions, and select toys or bedding for comfort. We provide Kuranda beds in every run.
What are your vaccination requirements?
All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. All cats must be current on Rabies and Distemper (FVRCP) vaccinations and test negative for Feline Leukemia.
What are your boarding pickup hours?
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Boarding pickup after 1:30 PM on weekends incurs a $29 fee. Our lobby is closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on holidays.
